Shopping at Nature Coast PetsIt is our wish that your shopping experience online be as easy and enjoyable as an afternoon in a retail store. We are always working to bring relevant, good quality inventory to our pet line. We want you to love your purchase. If you are uncertain about a product, size or color, contact us prior to making your purchase. We can give you some advice, help or direction that may make all the difference in customer satisfaction.
Privacy Policy
Nature Coast Sales & Nature Coast Pets take your privacy seriously. We do not share, exchange, loan or sell your personal information. All of the information we obtain is used to process your order only. We will not send unsolicited information.
Accepted forms of payment
We accept Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Order or Personal Check. Please note when you pay by Personal Check, we may hold your order until payment clears, up to 2 weeks.
Sales Tax & Pricing
Florida State residents will pay 6% sales tax on all purchases. All prices listed are US currency.
Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. We do not ship on weekends. Pet Tags are personalized and will require additional time.
Our primary shipping carrier is the USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on the weight of the item, we will offer First Class or Priority Mail shipping. Express Mail delivery is available for overnight delivery to most addresses, but must be quoted. Please send an email to service@naturecoastpets.com including your address for pricing.
International Shipping
Most of our items can be shipped worldwide. Pet Healthcare products and Pet Treats are shipped only to US customers due to customs regulations of many countries.
We ship most packages by International Priority Mail. This method is trackable, and includes some insurance. We will ship some items by First Class International Airmail (First Class Parcels can not be tracked or insured.) Shipping methods will be detailed on the product page of each item.
Customs Duties/Taxes:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Shipping Cost
At Nature Coast eStore we keep shipping charges as fair as possible. The shipping cost of each item is shown on the product page. We discount shipping for orders with multiple items. This discount is shown in your shopping cart.
Return Policy
Nature Coast Pets wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.
New items (unless defective) are not returnable if opened, or altered by the buyer. (i.e. tags removed, etc.)
We may offer some items that are sold "as is" or with other specifications noted clearly in item description.
Refunds are on prepaid return of merchandise in re-saleable condition. Delivery confirmation is encouraged. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will be given as money back, unless you specify exchange (if product is available).
What to Expect When You Have Placed an Order
You will receive an e-mail message confirming your order, and then another e-mail message notifying you that we have shipped your package with your shipping information.
Back Orders or Out of Stock Items
All of the items we sell are in stock, or clearly noted "Out of Stock" on our site.
In the event that we discover a previously unknown defect prior to shipping, or another circumstance that prevents us from shipping your item, we will contact you by email and offer choice of refund or backorder/substitution as available.
Please contact us prior to ordering an out of stock item to determine shipping date.
